The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank andretail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group PlcEmployee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 5 June 2007 purchased 14,663 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 146 pence per share and that Evolution has today issued 9,849 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 146 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under the termsof the Plan. The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
