Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it was informed that Justin Dowley, Non-executive Chairman, bought 2,950 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence each in the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Melrose Dividend Reinvestment Plan. These shares were purchased today at a price of 597.83 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dowley now holds an interest of 517,073 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.040% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
