Nasstar PLC25 September 2007 Nasstar Plc 25 September 2007 Director Share Dealing Nasstar Plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group", AIM: NASA), has today been notified thatLord Daresbury, Chairman of the Group, yesterday sold 1,161,667 Ordinary Sharesof 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at 31p per share. These shares weresubsequently purchased by Savernake Holdings (D) Limited at 31p per share andwill be held on trust for Lord Daresbury. Following this sale and purchase, Lord Daresbury's beneficial interest in2,114,524 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.61% of the issued share capital ofthe Group, remains unchanged.
