DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that an award over 9,033 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Mervyn Walker upon his appointment as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in 2008, vested on 1 September 2010. Mr Walker's beneficial interest has therefore increased by 9,033 Shares.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
