Director/PDMR Shareholding
CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, was notified on 2 November 2018 that John Ivers, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has purchased 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 405p per share.
As a result, the combined beneficial interest in the Company of John Ivers and his wife, Fran Ivers, is 49,761 shares, representing 0.046% of the Company's issued share capital.
