Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 25 September 2012 the Company was notified that Karen Geary, a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, had exercised an option over 6,140 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 149.00p per share under the terms of The Sage Group Savings Related Share Option Plan.

Ms Geary subsequently sold 3,070 ordinary shares on 25 September 2012 at 316.20p per share.
