On 13 March 2013, the Company was notified that on 12 March 2013 thefollowing Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2010 Bodycote Investment Plan at anexercise price of £5.54 per share. This is an exercise of the award under the2010 Bodycote Investment Plan.
