Homeserve Plc29 September 2006 Homeserve plc: Director/PDMR shareholding 29 September 2006 The Company has today been informed, under the provisions of the Listing rulesand the Companies Act, of the following dealings by directors of the company inits ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each, all of which took place today; 1. Richard Harpin has purchased a further 120,120 (0.19 %) shares, at aprice of £16.65 per share. Mr Harpin now holds 10,987,609 shares (16.95%). 2. Andrew Belk has exercised 50,000 options under the Homeserve ExecutiveShare Option Plan at an option price of £4.70. He sold all of the shares soacquired at a price of £16.65 per share. Mr Belk now holds 20,945 shares (0.03%). 3. John Maxwell has purchased 5,000 shares (0.01%), at a price of £16.68per share. Mr Maxwell now holds 25,000 shares (0.04%).
