Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today transferred 363,342 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his SIPP into his SIPP at a price of 27.5 pence per Ordinary Share. There has been no change in beneficial ownership and Gavin Oldham holds 24,726,511 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 15.41% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 125,025,516 Ordinary Shares (representing approximated 77.91% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)
