De La Rue PLC25 July 2006 De La Rue plc's Directors' Interests De La Rue plc (the "Company") was notified yesterday 24 July 2006, that the De La Rue Qualifying Employee Share Ownership (the "Trust") on 19 July 2006transferred 2,734 shares of 277/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exerciseof options under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plcshares now held by the Trust is 215,615, 0.1316% of the issued share capital.
