River and Mercantile Group PLC ("the Company")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
Grant of options under the River and Mercantile Group PLC Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme").
The Company announces that James Barham, Tamsin Evans and Sean Breslin, all PDMRs of the Company, elected to participate in the Company's 2020 all employee SAYE Scheme and were each granted 11,749 SAYE Scheme Options.
In accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an option price of 156.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Options were granted on 8 April 2020 for a period of 3 years and are exercisable for a period of six months from the end of SAYE Scheme.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMRs is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
