Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that:

· Michael Ziff, a non-executive director of the Company, had previously announced that 400,000 shares were pledged as security to Lloyds bank. This security has now been reduced to 300,000 shares.

As a result of this transaction, Michael Ziff continues to hold a beneficial holding of 2,871,513 shares, representing 5.4% of the Company's issued share capital and a non-beneficial holding of 12,322,675 shares, representing 23.2% of the Company's issued share capital.

Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
