MartinBrooks is now interested in a personal capacity in 554,840 ordinary shares inIDOX representing 0.28% of the current issued share capital. The Board also announces that it received notification on 20 June 2006 thatRichard Kellet-Clarke, Financial Director, acquired, on 20 June 2006, 200,000ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 7.05p per share. RichardKellet-Clarke is now interested in a personal capacity in 600,000 ordinaryshares in IDOX representing 0.31% of the current issued share capital.
