Serco Group plc was notified today by Margaret, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, a non-executive director, that on 30 March 2007 she acquired a total of 2,152 Serco Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from ‚£4.607 to ‚£4.609. On the same day her husband (a person connected with her as defined under section 346 Companies Act 1985) acquired 493 Serco Ordinary Shares at ‚£4.607.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
