Kingfisher plc (the "Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 8 July 2010 that Daniel Bernard (a director and PDMR of the Company) has acquired an interest in 1,732 Ordinary shares of the Company through the Company's dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired on 25 June 2010 at an average price of 231 pence per share.
