Share option exercise and sale to cover
Directors Dealings
Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group today confirmed the recent share option exercise and sale to cover transactions by Gareth Wright, Group Finance Director.
Gareth sold shares to specifically cover the cost and income tax liabilities that become payable on the exercise of shares vesting under the Company's long-term incentive plans. The net remaining shares have been retained. As a result, Gareth holds 779,855 shares and unvested options in the Company.
The notifications that follow are disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
