PDMR/Director's dealings
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance announces that on 30 August 2023, director Bernard Johnson transferred 70,000 ordinary 1p shares from his personal account into his ISA at a price of 28.50p per share.
After this transaction, Mr Johnson's notifiable holding including related parties, remains 5,305,844 ordinary shares of 1p, representing 7.75% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
Further details are set out in the PDMR forms below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR").
