("BCA" or the "Company")
Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
BCA was notified on 5 July 2017 that, on 3 July 2017, 200,000 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 192.8 pence per ordinary share, that on 4 July 2017, 200,000 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 190.7 pence per share and that on 5 July 2017, 100,000 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 188.4 pence per share, ultimately on behalf of funds managed by Marwyn Asset Management Limited ("MAML"). Mark Brangstrup Watts and James Corsellis, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, are also directors of, and hold a beneficial interest in, MAML.
Following the purchase of shares, funds managed by MAML have an interest in 35,941,110 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
