(the "Company" or "Moss Bros")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 21 May 2018 of the following transactions by connected persons of Brian Brick, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
James Brick (the son of Brian Brick and, as such, a connected person) sold a total of 45,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Gabriella Brick (the daughter of Brian Brick and, as such, a connected person) sold a total of 45,000 Ordinary Shares.
The transactions for James Brick and Gabriella Brick involved sales at a price of 49p per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these sales, the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons in the Company reduced by 90,000 Ordinary Shares to 1,697,534 Ordinary Shares which represents 1.7% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
