Director Shareholding
The Board of the Company received notification today that David Hinde, Chairman of the Company, acquired on 26 November 2008, 10,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 57.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Hinde has a beneficial interest in the Company of 60,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
