Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Following the clarification issued on 9 January 2009 by the Financial Services Authority in relation to the disclosure obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of persons discharging managerial responsibilities who grant security over their company's shares, Savills plc ("Savills") has received notification from Mr T C W Ingram, a director of Savills, that on 21 April 2004 he entered into trust arrangements with Lloyd's of London in respect of 24,000 Savills ordinary shares to provide security for insurance underwriting.
The Savills shares referred to above represent less than 0.02% of Savills' total issued ordinary share capital with voting rights.
