European Motor Hldgs PLC07 December 2005 EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plcNOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' SHARE OPTIONS On 6 December 2005, options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 40p in EuropeanMotor Holdings plc were granted to each of Richard Palmer and Ann Wilson,executive directors of the company, in accordance with the Rules of the EuropeanMotor Holdings plc 2001 Non-Approved Share Option Scheme. The options areexercisable in the period 6 December 2008 to 5 December 2015 at a price of294.7p per share, assuming achievement of the performance criteria of thescheme. Following these grants of options Mr Palmer now holds options over a total of650,000 ordinary shares in the company and Miss Wilson holds options over980,000 ordinary shares in the company.
