Director/PDMR Shareholding
Starcom (AIM: STAR) which specialises in the development of wireless solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets, has been notified by Michael Rosenberg, Chairman of the Company, that, on 15 August 2019 he purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.165p per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Rosenberg's beneficial interest in the Company's share capital is at 3,559,616 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.03 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
