The Company has been advised that Tony Moore, a Director of the Company, has yesterday acquired 11,674 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 22.5p each.
Following this transaction, Tony Moore holds 59,053 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital. In addition, as previously disclosed, Tony Moore also holds options to subscribe for 470,000 Ordinary Shares
