EXPERIAN plc (the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
On 14 October 2009, the Company received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors.
Awards/options over ordinary shares which were granted to certain directors in October 2006 under Experian's Reinvestment Plans vested/were exercised on 12 October 2009. During the period 12 - 14 October 2009, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold to satisfy the tax and social security liabilities arising on such vesting/exercise. Details are set out below.

The notifications to the Company were made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
