Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, has been informed of the following transactions by Directors of the Company:
Mr Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer sold 26,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 59.5p per share on 3 December 2009. Following this transaction, Mr Swinney is beneficially interested in 1,459,742 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.40 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Also, Mr Bruce Green, Non Executive Director, purchased 26,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59.5p per share on 3 December 2009. Following this purchase, Mr Green has an interest in 950,016 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
