DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that on 29 September 2010 the Company was advised by Mr J.A.Cropper, a Director of the Company, that a family trust for which he is a non-beneficial trustee has transferred 5,833 ordinary shares of 25p each to a member of his family for no consideration.
