Anpario announces that it was notified yesterday by Richard Rose, Non-Executive Chairman, that on the same day he sold 31,056 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 327.5p each. Following the sale, Richard Rose no longer has a beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
