Director Shareholding

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a) of Disclosure and Transparency Rules and paragraph 26 of the Model Code.

The Company was notified on 4 December 2013 that on that date Mr Charles Rice, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 836 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company pursuant to a Trading Plan entered into on 7 March 2013 with Investec Bank plc. The price paid for the shares was 1150p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Rice has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 12,219 Ordinary Shares representing 0.024 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
