The Company has been informed of the following transaction by a Director:

Mr Christopher Williams, Finance Director, has purchased 325,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3p per share. Mr Williams' total holding of 325,000 shares, represents 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
