Sirius Minerals Plc (LSE: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") was notified on 18 September 2019 that C&J Fraser Investments Pty Limited as trustee for The Fraser Family Trust, of which Christopher Fraser, Managing Director, is a beneficiary, purchased 250,000 of the Company's 0.25p ordinary shares at a price of 4.0088p each. Following this transaction Mr Fraser has direct and indirect beneficial interests in 123,997,368 shares representing 1.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 7,006,279,248 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
This notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
