Trustees Limited, as trustee of the InchcapeEmployee Trust (the "Trust") acquired a total of 138,955 Ordinary Shares of 25peach in Inchcape plc (the "Company") at a price of 443p, all of which are to beused to satisfy Awards granted under the Inchcape Deferred Bonus Plan.
