The Company was informed on 11 December 2013 that Mr John Govett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold to members of his family 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 76.01p per Ordinary Share. Mr Govett's remaining personal holding is 50,000 Ordinary Shares.
