Tate & Lyle PLC - 19 June 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") announces that on 19 June 2007 a grant ofoptions over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each was made under the Tate & Lyle 2003 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to Executive Directors andPersons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") as detailed in thetable below. Options granted under the PSP will vest on 31 March 2011 but only to the extentthat certain performance criteria are satisfied by the Company over a three-yearperformance period which commenced on 1 April 2007. Vested options may beexercised up until 31 March 2017.
