Land Securities Group Plc30 May 2007 Land Securities Group PLC ("the Company") Notification of Directors' Interests On 29 May 2007 Towers Perrin Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as Trusteeof Land Securities Group Employee Share Trust (the "Trust") purchased 500,000ordinary shares of 10 pence in Land Securities Group PLC at a price of£18.532626 per share. The Trust is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Companyand its subsidiaries. The executive directors of the Company, namely FrancisSalway, Martin Greenslade, Ian Ellis, Mike Hussey and Richard Akers, arepotential beneficiaries of the Trust and are therefore deemed to be interestedin shares held under the Trust for the purposes of Section 324 of the CompaniesAct 1985. Following the above transaction, the Trustee of the Trust holds 1,393,472ordinary shares in the Company.
