Director Dealings - Grant of Share Options
EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 April 2016 the following grants of options were made to two Directors under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost and exercisable from 26 April 2019 and are subject to performance conditions.
· Christopher Spencer, Chief Executive Officer - 32,808 Options
· Peter Southby, Chief Financial Officer -25,773 Options
Following the grants of these Options Christopher Spencer holds a total of 166,948 options over ordinary shares and Peter Southby holds a total of 116,158 options over ordinary shares.
