Kingfisher PLC07 July 2006 Kingfisher QUEST Trustee Limited Kingfisher Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust ("QUEST") Kingfisher plc became aware on 7 July 2006 that certain Directors of Kingfisherplc, whose names are set out below, technically became interested on that datein 58,422 Kingfisher plc ordinary shares of 15 5/7p each by virtue of the QUESTbeing allotted the shares and the Directors being potential beneficiaries underthe QUEST. Kingfisher plc also became aware on 3 July 2006 that each of the below-namedDirectors of Kingfisher plc technically ceased to be interested on that date in58,422 Kingfisher plc ordinary shares of 15 5/7p each by virtue of the QUESTtransferring the shares to employees.
