Netplay TV PLC03 July 2007 NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlay" or the "Company") Director Dealings NetPlay TV plc announces that it has been notified of the following directors'dealings: Number of shares Number of sharesName purchased now held Martin Higginson 500,000 2,500,000Andrew Lapping 500,000 1,750,000Graham Stevens 25,000 75,000Patrick Greene 25,000 25,000 These transactions occurred yesterday at 30p per share. Mr Higginson, through his investment vehicle, Hindley Investments Limited, alsohas an interest in a further 10,271,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Histotal interest therefore represents 18.47 per cent. of the Company's totalissued share capital. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping is the ManagingDirector, is interested in 400,000 ordinary shares.
