OPTIONS AWARDED UNDER THE SPECTRIS SAVINGS RELATED SHARE OPTION SCHEME (THE “SAYE SCHEME”) TO PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (“PDMRs”)
The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved plan, which enables eligible employees to acquire Spectris plc 5p ordinary shares with the proceeds of a monthly savings contract. The contract period is three years.On 22 September 2015 options were granted to buy shares under the terms of the SAYE Scheme to certain PDMRs of the Company at an option price of 1737p per share. The options are exercisable from 1 December 2018 and expire on 30 June 2019.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the Company was informed of the above transactions on 22 September 2015. The transactions were made at the Company's registered office in Egham, Surrey. No amount was paid by the PDMRs for the grant of the above options.This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
