DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that on 12 June 2009, 1,206 shares were allocated at £6.40 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 19 shares for each for Lord Harris, Mr M Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 20 shares for Mr N Page.
Also included in the allocation were 19 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
