The British Land Share Incentive Plan
Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, trustees of the British Land Share Incentive Plan, an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan available to all eligible employees, notified the Company of the purchase of Partnership Shares on 16 March 2015 at a price of 830.2071 pence per share on behalf of the Company's Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.Details of the Partnership Shares purchased and the Matching Shares awarded are outlined below:
