Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces the following transactions undertaken by J H Cartwright, a director of Caledonia, on 17 September 2009.
Mr Cartwright exercised options over 34,201 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.06% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury). Options over shares were exercised at the following exercise prices: 16,000 at 810.0p per share, 2,335 at 782.5p per share, 8,266 at 945p per share and 7,600 at 1055p per share. Mr Cartwright then sold all of these shares at a price of 1703.5p per share.
Mr Cartwright's total interests in Caledonia's shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 18,869 shares = 0.03%
Options - 136,549 shares = 0.23%
Deferred bonus plan - 22,271 shares = 0.04%
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr Cartwright.
