 Director's Shareholding

WH Ireland has received notification that on the 14 May Richard Ford, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 60 pence each. Following this purchase, Richard Ford has an interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.71 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
