Soco International PLC20 December 2005 SOCO International plc ("SOCO" or "the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING Awards under the Company's Long term Incentive Plan SOCO announces that Awards under the SOCO International plc Long Term IncentivePlan were made on 20 December 2005 to Mr Ed Story, Mr Roger Cagle and MrsCynthia Cagle of 75,600, 52,900 and 38,500 ordinary shares of £0.20 each,respectively. Up to 100% of these awards will be capable of vesting from 20December 2008 provided certain performance conditions are met. At the date ofthe award the market price of the ordinary shares was £8.18.
