Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 29 May 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 1,804 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 600 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 May 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,423,731 Ordinary Shares (53.38%).

2. on 29 May 2012 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 358 Ordinary Shares at 612 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 May 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 10,000 Ordinary Shares (0.02%).
