Theshare sale was effected on Friday 5 October. Guido Pas has beneficially held 2,600,000 ordinary shares in the company sincethe Initial Public Offering in March 2005 and following this disposal, remainsbeneficially interested in 2,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.93 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
