Director/PDMR Vesting of Deferred Annual Bonus Plan Awards
intu properties plc (the "Company") announces that awards of deferred shares made to certain intu Executive Directors and PDMRs in prior years under the Company's Annual Bonus Plan vested on 7 March 2019. The vesting of the awards triggers an income tax and national insurance liability which participants met by selling a proportion of their shares. The resultant changes to Executive Directors' and other PDMRs' interests in the Company's shares are set out in the following table:
