Following the recent conversion of C Shares in the Company, the Company confirms, in accordance with 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the Directors now hold shares in the Company as follows:

John Falla 17,463 Ordinary Shares

Paul Craig 7,463 Ordinary Shares

Nigel Ward 7,463 Ordinary Shares
