Savile Holdings plc (the "Company")Director's Dealing
The board of the Company was informed on 23 April 2008 of the director's dealings set out below:-
* On 18 April 2008 Mr Peter Conroy (a director of the Company) purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 12.0 pence per share. * On 23 April 2008 Bee Securities, a company in which Peter Conroy has a 100 per cent. interest, purchased 249,611 shares in the Company at a price of 13.2 pence per share.
Following the purchases listed above Peter Conroy (including his holdings through Bee Securities) has an interest over 1,174,611 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 8.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Additionally, as previously disclosed, Peter Conroy and Mr Jonathan Cohen, a director of the Company, jointly own a further 1,087,776 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 14,630,146 ordinary shares of 3 pence each.
