Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 25 May 2018, Anthony Pearlgood, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, purchased 19,838 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 505 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Pearlgood holds 19,838 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
